On August 25, 2025, the National Prayer Breakfast will take place in Kyiv under the patronage of the President of Ukraine. This important event brings together government officials, clergy, diplomats, civic leaders, and Ukraine’s international friends to pray for peace, unity, and spiritual renewal.

As part of the Independence Day of Ukraine celebrations, a special initiative has been launched — the Global Prayer for Ukraine.

On August 24, 2025, believers around the world will gather in churches of various Christian denominations to unite in prayer:

• for an end to the war
• for the triumph of justice
• for lasting peace in Ukraine and the world

This initiative is supported by the leadership of Ukraine and the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations. We call on Christian communities across all continents to join in this spiritual unity!
