DVIFA is named after His Royal Highness Prince Devawongse Varopakarn, former Minister of Foreign Affairs. The Institute’s mission is to provide knowledge and to improve skills for current diplomats and representatives of other related agencies of Thailand.

Ukrainian Side proposed to sign the Memorandum of Understanding between the Institute and Hennadii Udovenko Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. Among possible venues of cooperation - exchange of best practices and experience in the field of diplomatic training under circumstances of new threats and challenges in the current world.
