On December 16, the Chargé d'Affaires of Ukraine in the Kingdom of Thailand, Mr. Viktor Semenov held a meeting with Ms. Steejit Taipiboonsuk, Deputy Secretary General of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Thailand.

During the meeting, the detailed information was provided regarding the ongoing Russian aggression against Ukraine, and Ukraine's position on the paths to restoring comprehensive, just, and lasting peace in strict accordance with the norms and principles of international law. The discussion also covered the topic of further involvement of Thailand in Ukraine’s international initiatives.

Particular attention was paid to the need to enhance bilateral cooperation in economic, political, and cultural-humanitarian spheres. It was agreed to continue efforts aimed at further intensifying interparliamentary cooperation.
