In this context, the Embassy wishes to recall the words of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Mr. Andrii Sybiha:

“Every donation you make from abroad today is a personal act of solidarity with the people of Ukraine. It is an act of strength because the global Ukrainian community is a global force. Our unity is our shared warmth. This winter is extremely challenging, but we will endure.”

This urgent appeal forms part of the Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) ‘Energize Ukraine’ initiative, launched in response to the call of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine to support Ukraine’s ability to endure the winter under wartime conditions. The initiative focuses on providing generators and energy-related equipment for civilian use.

The Ukrainian World Congress has emphasized that international solidarity at this stage has a direct and tangible impact, contributing to the protection of civilians, the resilience of critical infrastructure, and the prevention of humanitarian deterioration caused by energy shortages.

The Embassy would highly appreciate any consideration of support, including the dissemination of information on this verified humanitarian initiative among relevant networks, as well as voluntary individual or institutional contributions.
