Treaty between Ukraine and the Kingdom of Thailand on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters will come into force on 9th of August 2019.

On July 10, 2019 Ukrainian and Thai Sides have exchanged the Instruments of Ratification of the Treaty between Ukraine and the Kingdom of Thailand on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, which was signed on June 5, 2017 at Bangkok.
In accordance with the provisions of this Treaty, it shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the day on which the Instruments of Ratification are exchanged, i.e. on August 9, 2019.
H.E. Mr. Andrii Beshta, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Kingdom of Thailand and H.E. Mr. Thani Thongpakdi, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand have signed the Protocol of Exchange the Instruments of Ratification.
