The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the Regulation # 367 on the issue of entry/exit to/from the temporary occupied territory of Ukraine

On June 4, 2015 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the Regulation No.367 on entry/exit to/from the temporary occupied territory of Ukraine (the Crimea and some regions of Donetsk and Lugansk oblasts).

The key notes of the Regulation (available at http://www.kmu.gov.ua/control/uk/cardnpd?docid=248222450) are:

Foreigners and stateless persons shall entry/exit temporary occupied territory through checkpoints with passport document and special permit issued by local subsidiary of the State Migration Service of Ukraine.
Special permit is issued by local subsidiaries of the State Migration Service of Ukraine. To apply, a foreigner or stateless person shall submit: statement, passport document, document confirming legal stay in Ukraine, copy of the page of passport with personal data and its translation into Ukrainian, documents to specify the purpose of visit to the temporary occupied territory, proof of sufficient financial provision for staying in Ukraine, three photos 3,5x4,5 cm.
Any person violating the Regulation shall be prosecuted.
